Karl Oestreich has worked in and around custom homebuilding for over 25 years. Learning the trade from his father and earlier family craftsman he specialized in STONE MASONRY and worked all over the Texas Hill country and beyond. He’s worked for some of the finest ‘old school’ builders in the business. Karl knows masonry and construction--and has learned from some of the most experienced and best builders in the business.

Brenda’s worked around real estate, home building, design and decorating now for over 20+ years. Being an active part of all KOBO projects, her focus has been in both the design and decorating of them. Owning and operating her own interior decorating store for over 24 years... she knows and has access to the latest and best vendor sources. She now works and accepts various projects by appointment. Karl and Brenda’s store (Interior Expressions) and the KOBO office is located at 808 S. Western, in Lampasas.

Brenda’s long term plans go back to where it all began... Marketing and selling Real Estate. Specializing in Ranch country here in my native area, Central Texas and the Hill Country. “I’ve always been and always will be a country girl at heart, and love the ranching heritage of this area.” Brenda grew up on a ranch just west of Lampasas--which Karl and there two sons still operate today.
